  Brew Cheese is, among other things, an intimate bar where you can mingle with the locals or keep to yourself while tasting top of the market beverages at reasonable prices, or enjoy a cheese plate of whatever is in season and in vogue at the time.
  
  I can attest to their selection of beers. They carried goses, sours, stouts, and belgian ales available there, while also having a nice selection of different offerings from Goose Island brewery on draft.
  Now, Goose Island isn't my favorite brewery (far from it, in fact), but this wide selection leads to the enjoyment of anybody who goes there - from professional taster to casual beer drinker.
  
  I do not know much about cheese (yet), but I was pleasantly surprised with their Humboldt Fog and another blue cheese I've since forgotten the name of.
  
  This is a wonderful neighborhood spot, and I find myself coming back again and again. This is a great place to bring a date, or even a group of friends. It isn't lively or rambunctious, but usually quite quaint and slightly romantic.
